The Savanna Chamber of Commerce recognizes West Carroll students who demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, leadership, and a commitment to innovation in business, agriculture, or community development. This scholarship supports graduating seniors who show initiative, creativity, and a vision for their future – whether through entrepreneurship, agricultural pursuits, or other career paths that strengthen our local economy and community.
